C/SiC复合材料空间光机结构的研究进展与展望

摘    要:C/SiC具有轻质、高模、低热膨胀系数等优异的性能,可作为新一代高精度空间光机结构件材料。概述了空间光机结构件材料发展的趋势,对比了RB、CVI、PIP工艺的C/SiC复合材料性能,综述了近年来国内外C/SiC复合材料在空间光机结构中的研究进展及应用情况,指出低成本、短周期、结构和工艺设计以及应用基础研究将是C/SiC复合材料未来发展的重点方向。

Abstract:C/SiC have some excellent properties of light,high modulus and low coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE),and can be used in precision space opto-mechanical structures.The development trend of space opto-mecha-nical structures is summarized,the comparison of the properties of C/SiC composite made by RB,CVI,PIP technology is presented.The new research progress and application in home and abroad of C/SiC composite used in space opto-mechanical structures in recent years are reviewed.Finally,it’s indicated that the low cost,short cycle,structure,and technology design,and research of application foundation will be the key direction of C/SiC composite in the future.
