弥散强化铜合金的研究与应用现状

摘    要:弥散强化铜具有高强、高导、耐热的特性,是综合性能最好的一类铜合金。比较了原位与非原位制备弥散铜的性能,总结了影响弥散强化铜性能的因素,综述了目前具有产业化前景的原位方法制备弥散铜,最后介绍了弥散强化铜的应用领域。

Abstract:Dispersion strengthened coppers(DSC) are one of the best coppers with the advantages of high strength,high conductivity and heat-resistance.The properties are compared between two kinds of coppers fabricated by in-situ and ex-situ methods.The influence factors are also summarized.And the in-situ methods are reviewed which can realize industrialization.Finally,the application fields of DSC are introduced.
