摘    要:镁是地球上诸量最丰富的元素之一,加速开发镁金属材料是实现可持续发展的重要措施之一。我国镁资源储量居世界第一,是原镁生产大国、出口大国,但技术水平不高、利润低、效益差。镁具有许多优异性能,用途广泛,应加速开发,使其成为能普结构材料。提出列国家重大科技攻关计划。加速青海盐湖开发,以产业化发展为主要目标,组织跨部门、跨地区、跨学科的联合研究开发,培养队伍,组同效的协调指导小组,广泛开展国际合作等建议。

Abstract:As for its resources magnesium is one of the richest elements in our globe and therefore it is an important measure to step up the development of materials of magnesium for the sustainable development of China. The reserve of magnesium resources in China ranks numberone in the world and thus China has a produced and ex- ported huge quantities of raw magnesium.Nevertheless there exists the problem of rather low technical levels in its production,which brings low profits and poor benefits.Magnesium is provided with quite a lot of prominent proper- ties,and should rapidly be developed so as to turn it into major structural materials.For the reason it is needed to make such proposal for the research and development of magnesium as including it in the national programs for tack- ling scientific and technological major issues,accelerating the development of the Salt Lakes in Qinghai Province,orga nizing interdepartmental,inter-regional and inter-disciplinary joint research and development with the main aim at the industrialization of this resource,fostering personnel in research and development,setting up a group for efficient guidance and coordination of this endeavor,and widely carrying out international cooperation.
