氧化铝陶瓷基片的胶冻成型技术研究

摘    要:以凝胶注模成型技术为基础,对胶冻成型技术进行了研究.研究发现坯体在保持一定湿度的条件下状似果冻和橡胶,可以很方便地进行随意加工,简化了工艺过程.对坯体烧成温度的确定、基片的体积密度与固相含量的关系、坯体和基片的显微结构分析、基片性能等方面进行了测试研究.

Abstract:The technique for forming colloid based on the the technology in gelatin injection mol-ding was stu-died.It is clear that the shape of substrate would be as the jelly or latex under the certain humidity,the substrate could easily be processed,which enables to simplify the technological process.The factors that have been tested contain ascertainment in the firing temperature for substrate,density for substrate,analysis of microstructure for substrate,and the performance for substrate.
