摘    要:本研究研究了导电炭黑在聚丙烯/聚乙烯共混物中的选择性分布,并通过控制导电炭黑在聚合物基体中的分布以降低阻燃剂与导电填料之间的相互影响,提高阻燃抗静电复合材料的综合性能。导电炭黑在聚合物基体中的选择性分布,一方面降低了阻燃剂对导电网络构建的影响,使复合材料的抗静电性能得到显著改善,为复合材料阻燃性能的提高提供了可能性;另一方面降低了导电填料对阻燃剂分解过程的影响,提高了复合材料的热稳定性。

Abstract:In this paper, the selective distribution of carbon black in polypropylene/polyethylene blends was studied. By controlling the distribution of carbon black in the polymer matrix, the interaction between flame-retardant and carbon black was reduced, and the comprehensive performance of the flame-retarded and antistatic composites was improved. The selective distribution of carbon black in the polymer matrix, on the one hand, reduced the influence of flame-retardant on the construction of conductive network, and provided the possibility of improving the flame-retardant performance of the composites, on the other hand, reduced the influence of carbon black on the decomposition process of flame-retardant, and improved the thermal stability of the composites.
