深过冷合金中的耗散结构及对凝固组织的影响

摘    要:在深过冷Pd82Si18熔体中发现一种液相调幅状的自组织结构。运用Pringogine的耗散结构理论,分析了在远离平衡态,深过冷熔体产生自组织的原因及其过程。分析表明,过冷度可以表示非平衡态过程对平衡态过程的偏离程度,熔体随过冷度的变化而产生的热力学涨落,以及其产生的非线性效应是深过冷熔体产生自组织的重要原因。

Abstract:A kind of liquid spinodal-like self organization has been discovered in highly undercooled Pd32S18 melt. We employ Pringogine's dissipation structure theory to analyze causes arid processing of self organization formation in undercooled melt far from equilibrium state. Our analysis indicates that undercooling may express serve as an indicator of departure from equilibrium state. One of the major causes of self organization formation is thermodynamics fluctuations occuring in undercooled melt and nonlinear effect associated with increasing undercooling of melt.
