| 摘 要： | 镀锌板已广泛应用于各行业,但热浸镀机组中沉没辊的使用寿命及耐融锌腐蚀存在很多问题.着重介绍了融锌腐蚀机制和近年来国内外应用的几种提高沉没辊耐融锌腐蚀能力的技术,指出了沉没辊表面防腐研究中仍待进一步解决的问题.

| Abstract: | Galvanized sheets have been applied widely in our life, but there are many problems of the lifetime and molten zinc corrosion of the sink roll in CGL. In this paper, the principle of molten zinc corrosion and several technologies applying to improve the ability to resistant corrosion are emphasized. The questions which still need to be probe further in this aspect are also brought forth. |
