摘    要:为探明分形理论中自相似性在半固态金属凝固组织形貌的分形特征中的作用,利用数值处理软件Matlab中对图像信息的处理方法,引入信息熵值的概念,并结合分形维数的研究方法,通过计算和分析图片的信息量,对半固态A356合金凝固组织形貌的自相似性和形态分布进行了判断与分析。结果表明,半固态凝固组织的形成是一个广义的分形过程;分形尺度上的熵值及其变化能够有效地反映半固态凝固组织的形态和分布上的区别。这给半固态合金凝固组织均匀性的量化描述提供了方法。

Abstract:In order to figure out the function of self-similarity in fractal features of solidification morphology with semisolid method, the distribution and self-similarity of semisolid A356 primary phase morphology was diagnosed and analyzed. Taking the path on the conception of information entropy, a recipe of image information processing based on Matlab (Matrix laboratory) was employed for the numerical processing and the measurement of fractal dimensions. The results showed that evolution process of semisolid alloy was fractal in a broad sense. The varied information entropies in fractal dimensions could efficiently reflect the granular difference in morphology and distribution. Meanwhile, the distribution homogeneity of grains in primary phase morphology could be quantitatively evaluated.
