摘    要:利用棉籽蛋白接枝丙烯酸合成了一种新型的蛋白质高吸水树脂,为开拓棉籽蛋白在非食品领域的应用进行了探索.以丙烯酸(AA)、氢氧化钠和棉籽蛋白为原料,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酸胺(NMBA)为交联剂,过硫酸钾(KBA)和无水亚硫酸钠为引发剂,通过水溶液聚合法合成共聚物高吸水性树脂;研究了反应条件如棉籽蛋白与单体配比、反应温度、交联剂用量等因素对吸水性树脂吸水性能的影响,并考察了树脂在不同溶液中的吸液性能.

Abstract:A novel protein-based superabsorbent polymer(SAP) is synthesized by the graft copolymerization of cottonseed protein(CP) and acrylic acid(AA) in order to explore the new application of cottonseed protein in the nonfood field. This SAP is synthesized by the solution based copolymerization,using acrylic acid,sodium hydroxide and cottonseed protein as raw material,N,N-methylene bisacrylamide(NMBA) as cross-linking agent,and potassium persulphate and sodium sulfite as the initiators.
