正极材料LiFePO4掺碳改性研究进展

摘    要:综述了掺碳改性技术在锂离子电池正极材料磷酸铁锂(LiFePO4)各种合成工艺路线中的研究进展,总结了掺碳的碳源种类。掺碳改性对LiFePO4电导率的提高起到了重要作用,使材料电性能得以提高,是目前改善LiFe-PO4性能最具实效性的途径。随着LiFePO4材料的研究与应用日趋成熟以及各种新型材料制备技术的发展,LiFe-PO4掺碳改性技术、掺碳碳源的种类等相关问题的探索将向更广阔的空间拓展。

Abstract:The latest development of modification of carbon-doping in various synthesis routes for lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO4) as lithium-ion battery cathode material is reviewed,and the carbon sources doping are summarized.It is the most effective way to improve the properties of LiFePO4 cathode material by modification of carbon-doping at present,which provides electrochemical performance enhancement due to a significant increase of the electronic conductivity.Along with the work and application of LiFePO4 being...
