白光LED用荧光粉的研究进展

摘    要:白光LED被称作第四代照明光源,有着庞大的市场.综述了目前国内外白光LED用荧光粉的几种制备方法,总结了它们的优缺点,概述了白光LED用荧光粉的激发光谱和发射光谱的特性,并指出了白光LED用荧光粉发展中需要解决的问题.

Abstract:White light emitting diode is mentioned as the forth generation illuminate lamp, which has huge market. This paper reviews several luminescent materials synthetic methods used in preparing white light emitting diode presently at home and abroad and summarizes their strongpoints and weakpoints. The characteristics of excitation spectra and emission spectra are also summarized. The main problems on the development of this kind of phosphors are indicated.
