钛及钛合金的粉末冶金新技术

摘    要:介绍了钛及钛合金粉末的制备新技术(如Armstrong钠还原法、MHR法、FFC剑桥法、法、OSEMR/MSE法),摘要以及钛及钛合金粉末注射成形技术的发展、应用现状及工艺,指出了粉末冶金注射成形钛合金的研究方向和扩大应用的途径;概述了钛及钛合金温压成形发展、现状及工艺,指出了制备低成本、高性能温压成形钛粉件的关键研究领域。

Abstract:In this paper, the new technologies of producing titanium and titanium alloy powder are introduced,such as Armstrong method,MHR method,FFC Cambridge method,OS method,EMR/MSE method.The development, current status of application,manufacturing process of MIM technique of titanium and titanium alloy are introduced,and its research direction and ways to expand application area are put forward. Warm compaction is a new technique of producing titanium and titanium alloy with low cost and high quality. Its development, current status of application ,manufacturing process and key research areas are also introduced.
