摘    要:综述了描述聚合物基复合材料导热性能的经典模型和新模型,详细列举了各模型的特点,比较了模型之间的区别,具体分析了影响复合体系导热性能的各种因素.结合对碳纳米管复合材料的研究给出了一些常用模型的应用建议,同时提出了当前研究中存在的模型通用性差的问题,指出今后聚合物基导热复合材料的研究趋势应为开发新的高导热纳米填充物和纳米复合技术以使填充物在基体中能形成有效的导热通路,从而改善复合体系的导热性能.

Abstract:Many classic and new models predicting the effective thermal conductivity of polymer matrix compo-site are summarized and their different characteristics are analyzed comprehensively by comparing each other.Mean-while,factors influencing the composite's thermal conductivity are discussed in detail.Then the most frequently used models are recommended with proper application conditions according to the study of composites with carbon nano-tubes and the problem that the generality of those models is not very good is also proposed,At last,it is pointed out that the search direction of thermal conducting polymer matrix composite is as follows.New nanofillers with high ther-mal conductivity should be found and new composite technology should be developed to form effective thermal circuits in the matrix,so that the thermal property of the composite can be improved.
