聚磷酸铵缩聚反应的动力学研究

摘    要:以食品级磷酸(85%)为初始反应原料,尿素为缩合剂,经逐步缩聚反应制得聚磷酸铵.该反应可分为反应动力学控制(预聚合)以及固化熟化处理2个阶段.探讨了各阶段的反应过程,并对聚磷酸铵的反应动力学进行了研究.结果表明,其动力学符合不可逆二级反应机理,反应活化能为70.605kJ/mol.

Abstract:Ammonium polyphosphates (APP) are prepared by the polycondensation of food-grade phosphoric acid with urea as polycondensation agent. The whole process of APP polycondensation is composed of two steps. The first is chemical reaction controlling(pre-polymerization) process, the second is solidification and ageing treatment. The process of polymerization in each step is investigated, and the kinetics of APP polymerization in pre-polymerization step is studied. Results show that it is a second order irreversible reaction with activation energy of 70.605kJ/mol.
