摘    要:固定化酶作为一种生物催化剂,能在较为温和的反应条件下,高选择性、高效率地催化某些化学反应,并且不会对环境造成污染.系统地分析和综述了适用于固定化酶载体材料的优缺点、制备方法、研究进展,并预测了这些载体材料的发展前景.

Abstract:As a biocatalyst, immobilized enzyme can catalyze some chemical reactions highly selectly and efficiently under gentle reaction condition, furthermore it is very friendly to the environment. In this paper, the preparation methods, advantages, disvantages and advance of the carriers for enzyme immobilization are summerarized. The prospective application of these carriers is also forseen.
