高储能密度介电材料的研究进展

摘    要:介绍了电介质材料储能密度的概念和测量方法,分别对陶瓷材料、聚合物材料和陶瓷-聚合物复合介电材料的研究进展进行了概述.在此基础上指出,在复相介电材料制备方法、组分优选、表面改性和加工工艺等方面进行深入研究是进一步提高电介质材料储能密度的有效途径.

Abstract:The concept and measurement methods of energy storage density in the dielectric materials are introduced. According to recent research, ceramic and polymer dielectric materials and their composites with high energy storage density are reviewed. With reference to the current research progress, it can be concluded that the energy storage density of dielectric composite materials could be improved by proper preparation methods, components optimization, surface modification and the controlling of processing procedures.
