摘    要:LiNiO2被认为是当前最具吸引力的锂离子电池正极材料之一。概述了LiNiO2正极材料的制备技术,重点介绍了软溶液工艺的几种技术(包括水热技术、电化学技术和水热电化学技术)在制备LiNiO2薄膜中的应用和特点,并对LiNiO2正极材料制备技术的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract:LiNiO2 is one of the most attractive cathode materials for lithium ion batteries. In this paper, the preparation techniques of LiNiO2 are outlined. The applications and characteristics of several soft solution processing techniques such as hydrothermal method, electrochemical method and hydrothermal-electrochemical method in the preparation of LiNiO2 thin films are discussed in detail. The development of the preparation techniques of LiNiO2 are also reviewed.
