摘    要:本项目在Fe3Al的加工工艺和用合金化改善Fe3Al的性能上取得了重大进展。目前已形成了具有不同特性的Fe3Al基合金的成分配方系列,以及可以制备各种Fe3Al型材和大型铸锭和段坯的工艺路及完整的工艺参数。

Abstract:The present investigation is concentrated on the techniques of fabrication of Fe3Al alloys anil nnprovements of their mechanical properties through alloying processing. Series of Fe3Al based alloys with high oxidation isulphidation and erosion resistance and good combination of strength and ductility have been obtained By using the techniques gained in the present investigation different types of Fe3Al based alloys .including tubes .bars and plates have been produced. Application of the alloys has also been discussed Through several typical cases the Fe3Al based alloys exhibit great potential as high erosion resistant material used in some severe industrial environment
