摘    要:钛酸钡是一种重要的功能介电材料,近年来对其合成技术的研究发展十分迅速。综述了几种液相法合成钛酸钡粉体的工艺及其影响因素,比较了各种方法的优缺点,并介绍了几种新型的合成方法。

Abstract:Barium titanate is an important functional dielectric material. The synthetic techniques of barium titanate powder have developed rapidly. The processes and some influence parameters of several liquid phase techniques, which are used to synthesize barium titanate, are summarized in the paper. A comparison is made between the various methods to evaluate their respective advantages and disadvantages. Several new synthetic methods are also introduced.
