特种材料的电化学连接技术

介绍了电镀连接的特点。根据国内外研究现状，主要综述了铀、铍等特种材料的电镀连接工艺、连接强度以及对镀层与母材结合状况的考核（采用冷热循环试验和腐蚀试验等）及其结果。对改善镀接性能的某些途径作了说明。并列兴举了铍／钢电镀连接的应用实例。

Technique of Joining Special Materials by Electroplating

In this paper . the principle and method of joining by electroplating are introduced. The processused and the joint strength achieved in electroplating tests for uranium alloy .beryllium and other special materials arc reviewed. Various thermal circulation or corrosion tests and their effects on materials that have been electroplat joined are described. Ways of improving joint strength are briefly discussed and instances in which beryllium was joined to stainless steels and/or steel by plating are given for use in practical applications.
