PH3工业废气治理的研究进展

摘    要:工业生产中产生的磷化氢(PH3)气体是对人体和环境产生危害的污染物质,同时也是重要的工业原料,在次磷酸钠工业、半导体工业等领域中应用广泛。需对PH3废气进行处置以达到无害化处理和磷资源综合利用的目的。主要综述了工业生产过程中PH3废气的分析方法、处理技术及综合利用,简要介绍了在实验室和现场检测PH3气体的分析方法,综合评述了吸附法、化学氧化法、燃烧法、阻燃剂法等PH3废气的处理方法,最后提出了今后我国PH3废气治理的研究方向。

Abstract:Phosphine(PH3) produced in industrial production is polluted materials which causes hazard to human body and environment.PH3 gas is also an important industrial raw material,widely used in sodium hypophosphite,semiconductors and other fields.It needs to be disposed in order to make comprehensive utilization of phospho-rus resources and harmless treatment of PH3.PH3 gas analysis methods,treatment methods and comprehensive utilization are reviewed.PH3 released from various industrial sources and PH3 gas analysis method in the laboratory and field are briefly described.Various treatment methods for PH3 are comprehensively reviewed including adsorption,chemical oxidation,combustion,flame retarder and so on.Finally,the direction for further study of off-gas of PH3 is put forward.
