摘    要:以四针状乳化锌晶须为主要活性成分,配以氧化锌和乳化饮纳米,并用吸附的办法使纳米材料均匀分散,制各了一种新型复合抗菌剂。测试效果显示该抗菌刑具有优异的抗菌效果,又安全无毒。添加1%~2%的抗菌剂于塑料制品中得到了对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白假丝酵毋菌和鼠伤寒沙门氏菌抗菌效果均达到99%以上的抗菌塑料制品。对该娄抗菌剂的抗菌机理作了初步分析。

Abstract:A group of new composite antimicrobials were prepared by blending and absorbing,in which zinc oxide whisker is the main active ingredient, with nano-zinc oxide and nano-titanic oxide as the ancillary ones. It is shown that the microbials,which are safe and non-toxic,have excellent effects against the growth of bacteria. Plastic products which contain about 2 percent of the microbials display more than 99% antibacterial activity against Staphy-lococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Saccharomyces albicans and Salmonella typhimurium. The antibacterial mechanism of this kind of inorganic antimicrobials is proposed.
