| 摘 要： | 根据我国防洪调度决策的特点，首先指出防洪调度决策是复杂的多目标决策问题。然后、建立防洪调度系统多目标决策的理论、模型与方法。其中包括多级模糊优选理论与模型、目标权重的确定等新颖内容。

| Abstract: | Analyzing the status of floodcontrol operation in china,this paper sumarized decision making problems of floodcontrol and proposed multiobjective decision making theory,model and methods.These include some new achievements such as multiobjective fuzzy optimum seeking theory and model for multilayer system,definition of objective weight etc.some of the theory and model were applied to reservoirs floodcontrol operations and satisfactory results were achieved.
