摘    要:以聚砜为支撑底膜,以哌嗪和均苯三甲酰氯为单体,经界面聚合反应制备聚哌嗪酰胺复合纳滤膜,详细研究了聚哌嗪酰胺复合纳滤膜的成膜规律和分离性能,研究结果表明,以聚砜为支撑底膜,采用界面聚合法,选择合适的成膜工艺(支撑底膜孔径、水相和有机相组成,热处理温度等),可制备分离性能优越的聚哌嗪酰胺复合纳滤膜。

Abstract:The preparation and performance of polypiperazine-amide nanofiltration membrane were studied. The composite nanofiltration membrane was prepared through interfacial polymerization of piperazine and trimesoyl chloride. The effects of the pore size of the polysulfone substrate, the composition of the aqueous and organic phase and heat treatment on the performance of the nanofiltration membrane were discussed. The separation performance of the composite nanofiltration membrane was also discussed.
