摘    要:采用膜分离技术可以有效地对各种酒类进行除菌、除浊、降低酒精浓度、提高酒的澄清度,并且可以保持生酒的色、香、味,延长酒的保存期.概述了采用膜分离技术对酒类生产工艺进行改造的原理、历史、应用及特点.

Abstract:Membrane separation technology can be used in the purification,clarification,concentration and modification of alcoholic beverages,with which the color,smell and taste of alcoholics can be maintained,and their storage life can be extended.The principles,history,applications,characteristics and advantages of membrane separation technology used in the improvement of alcoholic beverage production processes were reviewed.
