摘    要:介绍了纳滤膜的定义及分类,并对纳滤过程中污染现象的影响因素,如温度、浓差极化、料液浓度、pH值、流速和流型等作了详细的综述,指出了4种主要的减轻污染的方法。这4种方法分别是膜清洗、改变物料的性质、改变操作方式及膜面改性。同时对纳滤膜渗透及截留性能的影响因素,如操作压力、操作时间、料液流速等进行了较详细的阐述。

Abstract:The definition and categorization of nanofiltration membranes are reviewed simply in this paper. Influence factors of nanofiltration fouling, such as temperature, concentration polarization, concentration,pH value,flow velocity and regime, are surveyed in detail. Four methods to control fouling are classified as:cleaning procedures, changing properties of solution,improving operating methods and modifying the properties of nanofiltration membrane surface, respectively. Moreover,the influencing factors of permeation and rejection of nanofiltration membrane such as the operating pressure,operating time and feeding velocity and so on,were summarized.
