聚醚砜-聚丙烯腈共混膜的研究

摘    要:在聚醚砜(PES)与聚丙烯腈(RAN)共混膜的制备中,PES和RAN聚合物较难混溶,在PES-溶剂-PAN体系中加入增溶剂,改变聚合物在溶液中聚集态,使聚合物实现较理想混溶.采用DSC,XRD,XPS以及ESEM压对共混膜进行表征,结果表明PES与PAN混溶较好,共混膜表面和断面的微孔分布均匀.共混膜废水处理水质优良.

Abstract:In the preparation of poly ether sulfone (PES) and polyacrylonitrile (PAN) blending membrane, it is normally difficult for polymers to be mixed perfectly. In this work a certain kind of cosolvent was added into the PES-solvent-PAN system to increase the solubility of PES and PAN polyers, and to change the assembling state of the polymers. PES and PAN had better miscibility in the casting solution. The PES and PAN membrane was characterized by DSC, XRD, XPS and blending ESEM. It was found that the micro pore of the membrane was distributed uniformly in the surface and section face. The SBR effluent was treated by the blending membrane, and the quality of treated wastewater was well enough to further usage.
