摘    要:通过对金属膜研究背景和研究现状进行了较深入的分析,指出目前金属膜研究的热点问题是多孔金属膜(如烧结不锈钢)和致密钯及其合金膜的应用研究是;阐述了钯基金属膜在开发应用方面存在的问题、解决办法以及发展趋势;详细介绍了多孔金属膜和致密钯基复合膜在膜反应器、氢分离器等方面的重要应用;展示了金属膜对于加氢、脱氢、部分氧化等重要反应,以及生产高纯、超高纯氢气等方面的广阔应用前景.

Abstract:Based on an analysis of the research background and status quo for the metallic membranes,points out that the development and application of metallic membranes,such as porous stainless steel and/or dense Pd/alloy membranes,has become a hot subject.The reasons causes of inhibiting from utilizing metallic membranes on a large scale was discussed,the solutions to solve the problems,and forecasted the developing trend of metal membranes in the future was predicted.Furthermore,the important use for porous metal and dense Pd/alloy composite membranes was described,such as the membrane reactors and hydrogen purifying train,which have shown an excellent applied prospect in hydrogenation,dehydrogenation,partial oxidation reactions and the production of high or ultra-purified hydrogen.
