浸入沉淀相转化法制膜

摘    要:综述了近期关于浸入沉淀相转化法制备聚合物分离膜的理论和实验研究工作,对浸入沉淀相转化法制备聚合物分离膜的过程热力学、发生的各种相转变(液-液分相,聚合物的结晶、凝胶化和玻璃化转变等)、成膜机理和膜结构形态进行了分析。并对影响膜结构形态的因素如聚合物的选择、聚合物的浓度、溶剂/非溶剂体系的选择、制膜液的组成、凝胶浴的组成等进行了讨论。

Abstract:New experimental and theoretical physical research related to the formation of polymer membranes by immersion precipitation of a polymer solution were reviewed. Special attention is paid to thermodynamics, phase transition (like liquid-liquid demixing, crystallization, gelation and vitrification), membrane formation mechanism and membrane morphology. Factors influencing membrane morphology such as polymer, polymer concentration, solvent/non-solvent, composition of casting soluting, composition of coagulation bath were also discussed in this paper.
