膜蒸馏过程中的膜污染研究

摘    要:考察了膜蒸馏用于脱盐时膜的污染情况,分析了不同无机盐对疏水膜的具体影响。未处理的苦咸水含有难溶无机盐,膜蒸馏过程中膜表面会出现沉积物。沉积物会破坏膜的疏水性影响渗透液的质量,同时影响膜蒸馏传递过程,降低渗透通量。在无机盐浓度较低时,通过料液预处理剔除不溶物可以有效防止沉积物的出现。

Abstract:Membrane distillation (MD) is often used as a method of desalination. Untreated feed water has a potential for fouling and wetting MD membranes because of its content of low solubility salts. This risk is compounded by the high temperature, concentration polarization and the presence of suspended solids. The fouling layer will debase the quality and influence the quantity of permeate, and the fouling layer can be avoided when salts content of feed water is low. It is difficult to restore the hydrophobicity of wetted membrane.
