摘    要:开发和运用一种适宜的无损在线监测膜污染技术对于有效量化膜污染的防治和膜清洗的效果有着重要的应用价值.超声时域反射法在实际操作条件下在线监测膜污染显示出独特的作用.本文介绍超声监测的基本原理,综述近几年该技术在各种膜过程包括微滤、超滤、纳滤和反渗透中各种膜污染(如无机、有机、生物、蛋白质)、膜清洗等方面的研究进展,并对该技术今后的发展趋势进行展望.

Abstract:The development and utilization of a suitable non-destructive technique for the on-line monitoring of membrane fouling in industrial and laboratory applications would enable the effectiveness of fouling remediation and cleaning strategies to be easily quantified.The ultrasonic time-domain reflectometry(UTDR) technique is most useful for the in situ monitoring of fouling under realistic operating conditions.This paper described the underlying principles of the UTDR technique and reviewed recent progress in using this technique for the detection of membrane compaction,fouling(inorganic,organic,biofouling,protein) and cleaning in membrane separations including microfiltration,ultrafiltration,nanofiltration and reverse osmosis.The future development of this technique is discussed.
