| 摘 要： | 在脱盐水处理工艺中 ,反渗透技术得到了越来越广泛的应用 .反渗透膜的运行状况直接影响到反渗透制水系统的可靠运行 ,作为卷式反渗透膜的损害方式主要有 3种 :膜污染、水锤及背压 .对于反渗透膜来说 ,每种形式的损害均会使反渗透膜的性能下降 ,从而影响反渗透系统的性能 .通过反渗透系统的运行状况和日常维护可以判断反渗透膜的损害形式 ,只要从设计、运行以及日常维护上采取恰当的方式和措施 ,可以保证反渗透膜稳定可靠地运行 .

| Abstract: | Reverse osmosis(RO) has gotten more and more extensive application in the desalination process of water treatment.The operation condition of membrane directly influences the reliability of RO water system.Usually the spiral RO membrane was damaged in three ways;membrane pollution,water hammer and backpressure.For to the RO membrane,any harm can make its performance decline and affect the whole system.The damaged reason of RO membrane could be judged by operation and daily maintenance.Nevertheless,the RO membrane may be guaranteed for stability and reliability by the proper design operation,as well as daily maintenance. |
