| 摘 要： | 以高氯酸与三乙烯二胺/乙二胺共晶（简称为SY新药）为主装药,制备了直径分别为Φ6.00mm、Φ5.00mm、Φ4.00mm、Φ3.00mm、Φ2.52mm、Φ2.20mm、Φ2.00mm的铅壳柔性导爆索,研究了其线密度、体密度及爆速值,爆速值范围为6633~6080m/s,变化较小;同时考察了不同直径不同切长的导爆索装填于金属壳雷管的起爆性能,用普通导爆管点火,在一个合适的长度下,均达到了理想的起爆效果,但不同直径的柔爆索,起爆能力有所差异。

| Abstract: | Flexible detonating fuses（MDF） with seven diameters were produced,in which the amine perchlorate cocrystal compound was used as the core charge.The diameters for testing in experiments are 6.00mm,5.00mm,4.00mm,3.00mm,2.52mm,2.20mm and 2.00mm.The linear density and bulk density of each MDF charge were studied.Their respective velocity of detonation was also measured,and the values of velocity were all in a range of 6633~6080 m/s.The initiating performance of MDF with different diameters and lengths loaded in the detonator as the initiating element was also investigated.Results show that within a suitable length,the so-made detonator would all detonate reliably,but initiating performance varies with different diameters. |
