摘    要:实验测试了毫秒延期雷管起爆时差和不同配方下的炸药爆速,根据炸药爆轰波的传播规律和冲击波的作用规律,分析和设计了多块复合板的位置和间距,按串联起爆网络及其电压分配规律可实现多块金属板材同时爆炸焊接,提高了生产效率,节约了爆炸焊接的生产成本。

Abstract:The time difference in detonation of the millisecond delay detonator and detonation velocity with different formulas are tested, and based on the transmit rule of detonation wave and action rule of shock wave, the space between two plates is analyzed. Clumpy plates can be explosively welded at the same time according to series ignition network and its distribution rule of voltage, with the efficiency of production improved and the cost reduced.
