光触媒喷液类产品光催化活性快速评价方法研究

摘    要:用甲醛气体降解法和染料脱色法评价4种市面上出售的光触媒喷液产品的光催化活性,并对两种方法进行了比较,实验证明,两种评价手段的相关性良好。操作简单、耗时短的染料脱色法完全可以替代操作复杂、耗时长的气体降解法,在没有分析仪器的条件下可以进行肉眼比色,因此,利用染料脱色法就可以实现对光触媒喷液产品的现场快速评价。

Research on Rapid Evaluation of Photocatalytic Activity of Commercial Photocatalyst Sprays

Abstract:Photocatalytic activity of four commercial photocatalyst sprays was evaluated by the formadehyde gas method and dye method, respectively. The results showed that the photocatalytic activity evaluated by formaldehyde gas method was correlated to that obtained by dye method. Compared with formaldehyde gas method, dye decolouration method is more rapid and convenient..In addition, the decolouration of dyes can be observed by naked eyes. So the dye method could be wildly applying to rapid evaluation the photocatalytic activity in the absence of analytical instrument.
