PEG功能化碳纳米管的制备及爽斑马鱼的毒性实验研究

摘    要:用DSPE—PEG2000-NH2超声处理碳纳米管,制备了PEG功能化的碳纳米管水溶液,并采用斑马鱼及其胚胎为实验对象,检测了功能化多壁碳纳米管对斑马鱼的毒性,结果表明,功能化后的碳纳米管导致斑马鱼成鱼存活率下降,作用48h的成鱼30d成活率下降至最低;功能化碳纳米管曝露使得虎马鱼胚胎发育异常,出现卵凝结和胚胎细胞自溶;其幼鱼延迟发育,存活率下降,甚至造成斑马鱼心包囊水肿和畸形的发生。

Synthesis of PEG Functionalized Carbon Nanotubes and its Cytotoxic Effects on Zebrafish

Abstract:Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were sonicated in an aqueous solution of DSPE-PEG2000-NH2 to obtain PEG functionalized MWNTs. The vivo toxicity of PEG functionalized CNTs was carried with adult zebrafish (Danio rerio) and its embryo-larval bioassay. The result indicated PEG functionalized CNTs could cause viability decrease of adult Zebrafish, and when 48h exposure and domesticate 30d would resulted in the lowest viability of aduh Zebrafish. While inducing zebrafish embryo and larva development delayed, decreased its viability, and causing pericardial edema.
