纳米级多孔SiO2的分散及在水性涂料中的应用

摘    要:通过对纳米级多孔SiO2在水性介质中的分散试验,解决了纳米SiO2在水性介质的团聚问题,并研究了各因素对纳米SiO2水悬浮液稳定性的影响,通过正交实验筛选出了最佳的分散工艺。将分散后的纳米SiO2浆料加入到普通的水性苯丙乳液涂料中,加入各种助剂配制出了性能优异的水性纳米SiO2涂料,最后对所配制的涂料的性能进行了测试。

Study of Nano-SiO2 Dispersion and Applications in Aqueous Coatings

Abstract:The nano-SiO2 powder reuniting was settled. The nano-SiO2 was dispersed and surface-modified in the aqueous solvent, and the influence factors of suspend stabiliiy was also studied. Then, the optimal disperse technics was screen out through the just-mutual experimentaion, which joined it into the aqueous coatings and confected the aqueous nano-coatings. Finally, the performance of the coatings were tested.
