碳纳米管表面包覆方法的研究进展

摘    要:在碳纳米管表面包覆纳米级功能层已成为近年来改善碳纳米管性能的重要研究方向。文章综述了碳纳米管表面包覆的四种常用方法:化学镀法、原位液相合成法、气相沉积法和碳热还原法,简要分析了这四种方法的工艺特征及适用范围,并对下一步的研究方向进行了展望。

Research Status of Methods on Synthesis of Surface Coated-carbon Nanotubes

Abstract:In recent years, coating a nano-scale functional layer on the surface of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) has become an important research direction to improve the performance of CNTs. The paper summarized four kinds of methods on synthesis of surface coated-CNTs which included electroless deposition, liquid in-suit method, chemical vapor deposition and carbothermal reduction The characteristics and applicable ranges of the methods were analyzed And prospected the future of the research direction.
