摘 要: | 利用微铸造工艺低成本制备具有三维复杂结构的微金属构件是微细加工技术的发展方向之一。文章利用超声细化工艺改进了现有的微熔模铸造铸型,获得了具有纳米微结构的低表面粗糙度(Ra-0.22μm)的微熔模型壳,并实际离心浇注成形了直径仅为100μm,长径比达到200的微细圆丝Zn-4Al合金微铸件,微铸件的表面粗糙度仅为Ra-0.51μm,且成形完整。

Abstract: | Fabrication of three dimensional complex micro-metal components with low cost using microcasting technology is development direction of micro-machining technology. In this paper, utilizing the esisting microcasting mold improved by ultrosonic refining process, micro investment shell with nano-micro structure and low roughness (Ra-0.22 μm) were obtained. The Zn-4Al alloy castings of micro round wire with a diameter of 100 μm and aspect ratio of 200 were prepared by the method of centrifugal casting. The micro castings have a comoplete shape, and the surface roughness (Ra) of its is 0.51 μm. |
