纳米TiO2薄膜光催化剂的制备及性能研究

摘    要:以钛酸四丁酯作为前驱体,用溶胶一凝胶法,在玻璃载体上煅烧制备了纳米TiO2薄膜光催化剂,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等表征技术研究了TiO2薄膜的形貌和特性,其光催化性能用4支20W紫外石英杀菌灯照射TiO2薄膜分解亚甲基兰染料溶液表征,结果表明,该催化剂具有锐钛班红石混合晶相和纳米花状结构,纳米TiO2薄膜的光催化能力随着镀膜层数的增加而增加。

Study On Preparation and Property of TiO2 Nano Film Light Catalyst

Abstract:Tetrabutyl titanate was taken as recursor to calcined TiO2 nano film light catalyst on glass body by sol-gel method, the morphologies and properties of the as-prepared TiO2 films were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) respectively. The property of TiO2 film light catalytic ability was characterized by decomposing methylene blue dye solution through four 20W UV ultraviolet quartz germicide lamps ilxadiateing TiO2 nano films. The results showed that the catalyst possessed both the anatase and rutile phases and flower--like structures,the light catalytic ability was improving with the coating layer increased.
