摘    要:综述了生物摩擦学及表面工程的研究现状,并以人工关节、内固定、种植义齿和人工心脏瓣膜为例,探讨了不同人工器官的失效机理和采用的延寿措施,在此基础上,对今后的工作提出了一些建议。

Abstract:Current situation and development of bio-tribology and surface engineering research have been reviewed in this paper. Failure mechanism of some artificial organs, such as artificial joint, rigid skeletal fixation, implant denture and artificial heart valve were introduced, and palliative methods for increasing the service life reported in the literature were examined. Based on the above review, some suggestions for the further studios have been made as well.
