电火花表面强化技术的研究

摘    要:针对传统电火花表面强化技术存在的强化效率低、强化层厚度较薄等问题,研制了一台新型的强化设备,进行了工艺实验,探索了强化的规律工对涂层性能进行测试,分析了影响涂层厚度和性能一些因素,结果表明,研制的强化效率的提高和涂层厚度的增加有有效的;强化层的厚度要受到电极材料,电气参数以及强化时间的影响,强以的主要取决于电极材料,采用新型设备,可以扩大电火花强化技术在工模具的强化和修复的应用范围。

Abstract:In order to improve the traditional spark hardening process, a novel spark hardening equipment was produced and experiments were carried out to test the characteristics of the coating and hardening process. The factors influencing the thickness and properties of coating were also analyzed. The results indicated that the novel spark hardening equipment is effective in improving both the efficiency of process and the thickness of coating. The coating's thickness was determined by the electrodes, the electric parameters and hardening time. The propreties of the coating were mainly determined by the electrodes. This novel spark hardening equipment could increase the application range of spark hardening process in the strengthenning and repairing of cutting tools and dies.
