| Abstract: | Foamed steel is a new type of composite material. The present situation of its research, production process and development direction abroad and in China was summarized, and the construction characteristics of the foamed steels, their properties and relevant applications was described with the purpose to give comprehensively a theoretical and technical reference to the foamed steels research and applications. |
