摘    要:分析了铸造行业能源利用现状,从熔炼加热系统、造型制芯技术与装备、低应力铸铁、铸态球墨铸铁、球铁无冒口铸造、铸钢保温冒口与保温补贴、冲天炉废气综合利用和余热回收利用等方面阐述了铸造行业行之有效的主要节能技术及其应用。并对发展我国铸造节能技术提出了几点建设性意见。

Abstract:The present situation of energy utilizing in foundry industry was analyzed, the main effective energy saving techniques and their application was described in aspects of melting and heating systems, moulding and core-making processes and equipments, low-stress cast irons, as-cast nodular irons, feeder-less method of nodular castings, insulated risers and insulating allowance for steel castings, all-around utilization and remaining heat reclaiming of cupola gas, and so on. Some constructive suggestions were proposed on the energy saving technique development of China foundry industry.
