摘    要:将深冷处理工艺引入高铬铸铁的性能研究,初步探讨了深冷处理对材料宏观力学性能及耐磨性的影响。试验结果表明,适当的深冷处理能够提高高铬铸铁硬度、冲击疲劳抗力及滑动磨损与滚筒磨损性能,但作用效果有限。

Abstract:A deep cooling treatment process was introduced into the research on properties of hi -chromium cast iron, and an approach was made to the effects of the deep cooling treatment on the macro-mechanical properties and wear resistance of the material. The test results showed that properly deep cooling treating could increase hardness, anti-impact fatigue strength, as well as sliding and rolling wear resistance of the hi-chromium cast iron, however, such effects were limited.
