摘    要:基于OPC工业接口,结合SINMERIK 840Dsl开放式数控系统、SIMATIC S7-300 PLC等设备,在PC端开发一套数控轧辊磨床系统。该PC端数控轧辊磨床系统采用Qt5.9开发工具结合OPC基金会的开源代码进行开发,实现对数控轧辊磨床的远端数据监控、控制与监测。该软件相较传统的开放式OEM软件具备更好的开放性,能够较好地与具有OPC接口的其他平台进行连接,可以有效解决数控系统的"信息孤岛"问题。

Abstract:Based on the OPC industrial interface, combined with SINMERIK 840 Dsl open CNC system, SIMATIC S7-300 PLC and other equipment, a PC-end CNC roll grinder system was developed. The PC-end CNC roll grinder system was developed using Qt5.9 development tools in conjunction with the open source code of the OPC Foundation to achieve remote data monitoring, control and monitoring to CNC roll grinders. Compared with traditional open OEM software, the software has better openness and can be better connected with other platforms with OPC interface,by which the "information island" problem of the NC system can be effectively solved.
