电液伺服静力协调加载控制系统的设计与研究

摘    要:结构静力试验是研究复杂工程构件静特性的重要手段,电液伺服静力协调加载控制系统是进行静力试验的关键设备。本文设计了一套静力协调加载控制系统,根据该系统对称电液伺服阀控制非对称缸、多点加载强耦合以及加载过程参数变化的特点,提出非对称智能PI算法以及分步循环加载方法。试验结果表明本文所设计的系统加载精度高、稳定性好、工作可靠。

Abstract:Structure static testing is an important means to study the static characteristic of complex engineering structure, and a electro-hydraulic servo coordinate static-force loading system is the significant equipment of the testing.The design and research of that system was presented, which is asymmetric, nonlinear, complexly coupled and parameters variable. According to those characteristics, the asymmetry-intelligent PI algorithm and the several-step circulate loading approach were provided. The experimental results show that the system designed has high precision, stability and reliability.
