鼓形齿联轴器供油不足引起的振动问题处理

针对某高速行星齿轮箱在出厂试验时出现振动异常的现象，通过对试验台架中各旋转部套进行故障排查，发现该高速齿轮箱输入端的鼓形齿联轴器可能存在供油不足的问题。改变该处鼓形齿联轴器的供油结构，增大供油量后，齿轮箱振动异常现象消失。该研究会为后续该类故障的处理提供有效的工程参考。

Study on vibration problem caused by insufficient oil supply for crown gear coupling

For the abnormal vibration of certain high-speed planetary gearbox during test running, it has found that the insufficient oil supply may exist in crown gear coupling of the input side of high speed gearbox through the failure investigation on each rotating part of the testing bench. The abnormal vibration disappears when oil supply gets increased by changing the oil supply structure of the crown gear coupling. The results of this paper will provide effective reference for such troubleshooting.
