摘    要:经典PID或者结合其他算法的参数自整定PID是主动磁悬浮轴承最常用的控制方法,其方法简单且有一定的控制效果,但当外界出现干扰或者负载变化大时表现一般.针对此情况提出一种新的磁悬浮轴承控制方法——协同控制,适用于非线性、强耦合的系统,而且算法简单,易实现数字控制,设计出的控制器具有抗扰动鲁棒性强和稳态性好等优点,因此基于协同理论设计了单自由度主动磁悬浮轴承的协同控制器,并与经典PID控制器进行仿真与实验对比分析,结果验证协同控制器是适用于单自由度主动磁悬浮轴承的一种先进控制器.

Abstract:Classic PID or parameter self-tuning PID combined with other algorithms is the most commonly used control method for active magnetic bearing. The method is simple and has a certain control effect, but the performance is general when there is external interference or large load changes. Aiming at this situation, a new control method of magnetic bearing was proposed,cooperative control, which was suitable for nonlinear and strongly coupled system, and the algorithm was simple and easy to realize digital control. The designed controller was robust against disturbances. It had advantages such as good stability. Therefore, based on the collaborative theory, a single-degree-of-freedom active magnetic bearing synergistic controller was designed, and the simulation and experimental comparison analysis with the classic PID controller was carried out. The results verify that the synergistic controller is a kind of advanced controller for single-degree-of-freedom active magnetic bearing.
