一种新型磁流变控阻尼溢流阀的设计与性能分析

摘    要:利用磁流变液体可控的特性,设计了一新型溢流阀--磁流变控阻尼溢流阀,并对其进行了静、动态性能分析.理论分析表明:与传统溢流阀相比,磁流变控阻尼溢流阀不仅有着良好的静态性能,且具有反应速度快、稳定性好等动态性能,是一种易于实现自动控制、适合于大功率系统的新产品.

Abstract:Using the controllable characteristic of magnetorheological fluid, a new kind of overflow valve controlled by MR damper was designed, and its static and dynamic capability was analyzed. The analysis shows that the overflow valve controlled by MR damper has nicer static characteristics than the traditional overflow valve, and has better dynamic characteristics such as quicker response, better stabilization etc.. It is prone to realize auto control and fit for big power situation.
